Pauliina Salmenhaara, Founder of R.A.W. Inside Out, will share with you easy DIY tips and tricks for every day living, with no pretentions or extremes. Ultimately, its about authentic fulfilment, enjoying your life, your style.
In this edition, Pauliina will be discussing fitness, mindfulness, and motivational tips on making exercise a regular part of your life. She will also demonstrate how to make a plant-based sports drink and snack. This session is suitable for both clients and coaches.
